Or so the welcome email said. I just applied and was instantly approved (which was nice).  I haven’t had time to test any campaigns, but the 75% commission is enticing.  I didn’t see a 2-tier referral program though.

Yes, I’ve been slacking on modeling my free shirts, and it’s not that I’m lacking any – my tote overfloweth with tshirt love. It’s just that I usually remember to post about them on, say Saturday.  So my goal is to pre-publish (I’m writing this on Thursday) to try to catch up.

Many ask me what I do with all my free shirts as I can’t possibly wear them all.  I usually pawn them off and family and friends, but I plan to send a box off to 1MillionShirts.org, a charitable campaign to send t-shirts to the people of Africa, created by Jason Sadler of IWearYourShirt.com. Great idea, Jason.  And thanks for the reminder, Jen Goode!

I have been using lijit for 4 months, 3 weeks, 9 hours, 38 minutes and 59 seconds now (or so my account tells me). I decided to give it a try after seeing so many of the website examples at BlogWorld use it. So far, I have only tested it on my celebrity fashion website.

So what does lijit do?  It provides a search tool for your website’s results as well as results from your social content and your network’s content (so my visitors can search my other relation fashion websites as well). Great for my visitors, but sometimes frustrating for myself when I’m trying to find a previous post, and have to scroll through results.

They also offer in depth statistic of website referrers, keywords, page views, locations, etc. For free, I might add!

Not only is their service free, they offer revenue opportunities as well.  I by no means will be able to retire off my earnings so far, but it’s cool to actually get paid for using a service. Now if they only had a referral or affiliate program!

Another thing I like about lijit (besides them sending me this free tshirt) is their personal service and fast responses.  They even promoted @stealthestyle via their @lijit twitter account which I thought was extremely nice, so thank you!

Once a week, Del and I have “date night”.  He was less than impressed when I asked him to do a quick photo shoot before we went out this week. He perked up when I told I had a chance to win $1000 from Affiliate.com in their T-shirt Blogging Contest and that I’d share if we won!

Affiliate.com – a huge CPA network – gave out these cool King and Queen tees at Affiliate Summit last month.   My original intention was to pose like a fanned hand of cards, but as you can see, I’m no choreographer.

Yes, I know Affiliate.com has already made the Free Shirt Friday list, and I bumped this post up for a chance to win a grand – do you blame me?  I apologize to the other shirts in waiting for being selfish.  If it makes you feel any better, Affiliate.com is also donating $1000 to the American Red Cross Haiti Relief Fund as well.

I have been ordering free business cards from Vistaprint for years. They offer several free designs that you can add your personalized text to, and you can receive 250 cards free (just pay shipping, around $5). And the offer isn’t just for first-time users – you can place multiple orders and even re-order as well.

Business cards don’t always have to be just your name/address/etc.  I usually order them to advertise my various websites and offer promos, and then I can use them to stuff in goodie or thank you bags.

The only drawbacks are:

• The cards are slightly smaller than the average sized business card, but nowadays you see cards in all shapes and sizes.
• The Vistaprint logo is printed on the back of the card (free cards for you = free advertising for them), but you can pay extra to remove the tagline. But if I use them to promote myself, I don’t mind the tagline.
• You will probably be bombarded with extra offers during and after checkout, so be sure you are aren’t agreeing to any extra items or recurring charges (I never have, but my mother unknowingly has).

Vistaprint has a reliable affiliate program via CJ that pays $3 per lead, but you can get higher payouts through various CPA networks. For example, this Free Postcard Offer (I’ve ordered these several times as well) pays out $14 per lead through MarketLeverage.

Back in April, I received an email newsletter from Big Jason Henderson (who was on The Next Internet Millionaire reality show) that included this blurb,  “If you are one of the first 9 people to respond to this email, I will get you a tshirt from Jeremy (aka ShoeMoney) as shown to the right with my cute 3yr old niece Monica.”

I responded, to which he replied, “I went to your site.  Even if you weren’t, I would buy you one. Hit me back with your address and size.” I was flattered.
