I don't know if you've ever seen the podcast on Photoshop produced by the guys from NAPP? It's a brilliant way to learn how to use Photoshop - and it's funny too.
I started watching it from issue 1 (I have them all on iTunes on my iMac) and you pick up so much. It needs a bit of work to stick with it because Photoshop is a bit program, but what you can do when you get the hang of it is awesome.
Worth a look.</description>
