Free Shirt Friday – Vistaprint

December 11th, 2009 by Author kim

Today’s free tshirt is courtesy of Vistaprint.com.

I have been ordering free business cards from Vistaprint for years. They offer several free designs that you can add your personalized text to, and you can receive 250 cards free (just pay shipping, around $5). And the offer isn’t just for first-time users – you can place multiple orders and even re-order as well.

Business cards don’t always have to be just your name/address/etc.  I usually order them to advertise my various websites and offer promos, and then I can use them to stuff in goodie or thank you bags.

The only drawbacks are:

  • The cards are slightly smaller than the average sized business card, but nowadays you see cards in all shapes and sizes.
  • The Vistaprint logo is printed on the back of the card (free cards for you = free advertising for them), but you can pay extra to remove the tagline. But if I use them to promote myself, I don’t mind the tagline.
  • You will probably be bombarded with extra offers during and after checkout, so be sure you are aren’t agreeing to any extra items or recurring charges (I never have, but my mother unknowingly has).

Vistaprint not only offers business cards, but free tote bags, free tshirts, hats, notecards, address labels and more as well – see all Vistaprint’s offers.

Vistaprint has a reliable affiliate program via CJ that pays $3 per lead, but you can get higher payouts through various CPA networks. For example, this Free Postcard Offer (I’ve ordered these several times as well) pays out $14 per lead through MarketLeverage.

Happy Friday!

Free Shirt Friday – NeverBlue

Kim & Tatym in NeverBlue Tees

Today’s Free Tshirts are courtesy of NeverBlue.com and modeled by my daughter, Tatym and me.

I’ve been an affiliate of NeverBlue.com for some time, but with so many CPA networks and so little time, I admit I haven’t logged in for awhile.  So I took the time this morning, and was pleasantly surprised at how nice their interface is (and see that I’ve made money with them).  Plus they have some good offers to boot.

I’ve been on a kick playing with new wordpress themes on different sites, so am going to test out some of NeverBlue’s campaigns to see how they convert.  Sign up as an affiliate to test them out yourself!

And Tatym and I are still trying to figure out what exactly the graphic is supposed to be on the tshirts. All we know is that there is an “N” embedded in it.

Have a good weekend!  I plan to. :-)

Free Shirt Friday – Etology.com

Kim in Etology Tshirt

Today’s tshirt is courtesy of Etology.com. Yeah, I had never heard of them either until now. But according to their site, they’ve been around about three years - that’s a long time in internet years…

In June 2005, Etology saw the need to empower Website owners by allowing them to sell their AdSpace directly to Advertisers. Advertisers can place ads directly on sites. Etology serves text ads and banner ads in all types of standard ad units, including banners, skyscrapers and inline ads.

I signed up for an Etology account myself to test it out.  They haven’t approved my website yet for my ads to be live on this site (I put the code in the sidebar).  As for buying ads myself, I didn’t see any websites that I really wanted to advertise on (either non-relevant sites or the buying price was too high for my budget).  But they do offer an affiliate program (aka broker) and pay out 20%.

The concept reminds me a lot of AdJungle.com that has been around since 1999 (ancient, I know).  Hey Brad Waller, got a tshirt (or Hawaiian shirt) for me to wear? :)
