For instance, you can temporarily suspend your plan to remodel your office, but you can’t neglect the service you provide to your current customers. Focus on the tasks that keep your current customers happy and attract new customers.
Consider Other Services
You don’t have to hire additional full-time or part-time employees to get the help you need. If you want your customers to be able to contact your business after hours, use a live answering service instead of hiring an evening receptionist. If you need some temporary help sprucing up your facilities, work with a qualified maintenance person on a contract basis.
Some companies also find success in using interns to help build their business. It’s important to remember that an internship is a learning experience, so do your best to allow your intern to experience a variety of different tasks and areas of your business.
