It is well known that every office is made up of many different characters. Every character brings in their set of traits including their strengths and weaknesses, along with their personality.
However being a manager, it becomes your job to identify who your team members are, and how can you make them perform in the best way possible.

This person brings in their curious nature and finds ideas for the team. They are extroverts, enthusiastic and love to explore & develop contacts. However, they might be a bit over-optimistic with their beliefs.

They tend to have the attention to detail and will help everyone finish their work with the highest standards of quality. They will help you find out errors in the final stages while trying to attain perfection. However, this can make them hesitant towards trusting other’s capabilities.
