Interview with Jason Keeler of Local Search Solutions

This week I had the pleasure of interviewing Jason Keeler, a digital marketer with more than a decade of marketing agency experience and the owner of Local Search Solutions.

1. Hi Jason! Tell me a little about yourself. 

I’m originally from Great Bend, KS and went to Kansas State University and later the University of St. Mary’s to get my MBA. I live in Shawnee, Kansas with my wife and two children, Hadley and Hudson.

2. When and why did start Local Search Solutions?

Local Search Solutions started in 2012 – although not formally until 2014. It was a means to help very local businesses generate leads and sales online. Digital marketing is a mystery to many business owners. As the company has evolved, it now focuses on providing outsourced digital marketing to established businesses. Often times we replace entry level and mid tier marketing assistants or employees, and use those dollars on lead generation and sales tactics.

3. What kind of services do you offer?

If it happens in a digital ecosystem, we provide it. SEO, PPC, Social Advertising, email marketing, digital public relations, website design/development, hosting, video…the entire spectrum of digital marketing.

4. Who are your main customers?

Our main customers are business owners and VP or C level decision makers that need help with marketing – specifically digital.

5. And since you live in Shawnee, Kansas, are you a KC Royals fan?

Huge Royals fan, ever since the days of Bo Jackson! I go to 10 or 20 Royals games a year and was fortunate enough to go to 2 World Series games last year. For the record, they do a great job with their marketing both on and offline and if possible, it makes me love them even more!
